What the walk covers

Thirty-seven questions — the eight from the Quick Scan, carried across so you do not answer them twice, and twenty-nine more. Every one asks you for evidence, never for a rating out of ten:

• The whole chain, not the visible half — what supplies you, what you put in, what you do with it, what comes out, and who takes it. The free scan touches five of those lightly and one not at all, which is why it hands back a band it tells you is provisional.
• Your root system, drawn rather than sketched — every distinct way a new client can find you, where your next capable person comes from, what capital you could actually draw on inside thirty days, and whether you can see last month's numbers without asking anyone to prepare them.
• Your year, season by season — how long from first spending money on a job to being paid in full, how much that varies between your best job and your worst, and what is still hanging on the tree after the picking window closes.
• All six drivers — Demand, Conversion & Offer, Delivery & Capacity, Cash & Capital, People & Owner Load, Momentum & Rhythm — each one fed by the answers that actually bear on it, so a thin limb is thin for a reason you can read.
• The disciplines — the last initiative you stopped at a gate, the last significant spend checked against what you said it would return, and the risk you are carrying that has not been named out loud.

You leave with your tree grown from your own answers, your year set out season by season, the constraint located, and a pruning list sequenced weakest link first. Nothing comes back in outline — that is the difference you are paying for.

One thing to know first: your tree is currently drawn as a line figure. The geometry is finished — every branch, root and sucker is generated from your own answers — but the rendered version is still being built. When it ships, your walk link redraws the same tree properly, with nothing to answer again. Everything else — the reading, your year season by season, the pruning list and the gauge — is finished now.

Engagements carry one term worth knowing up front: if your number hits its target and holds, we will ask to write up what happened, and for one introduction. Both are yours to decline, and the write-up is yours to approve, anonymise or withdraw.
