Most owners find out how a lender reads their business when the answer comes back. This check gives you that read first, while there is still time to fix what it finds. It works from bank exports alone, so your financial statements don't need to be up to date.
You get four things back
- Your chance of running short in the next 13 weeks, and the week it is most likely to happen. One chart shows the best, middle and worst paths.
- The seven things a lender checks in your statements, with your number for each. Cash cover for loan repayments. Cover after your own drawings. Any ATO payment plan. Bounced payments. Days the main account closed overdrawn. Borrowed money paid in. Your biggest customer's share of income.
- What to fix first, ranked by dollars. For example, how much to put aside each week for BAS, or how much working-capital headroom to arrange, and by when.
- A 30-minute call to walk through it and correct anything I have read wrongly.
The sample shows a business that looked fine and wasn't
The sample is a made-up Perth trade supplier. Across all its accounts, cash looked healthy. The main trading account still closed overdrawn on 28 days last year, because the money was sitting in the tax account. Totals hide that. A lender reads the main account line by line and sees it straight away.

Three steps from here
- Order the check. It's A$397 + GST, A$436.70 in total.
- The next page lists what to email me. It's mostly bank exports you can download in a few minutes.
- Your report arrives within five business days of your files, and we book the call.
If you go on to the full business diagnostic (from A$5,000), the A$397 comes off that fee.
Your files are used only for your check and are never sold or shared. The report is general information about your cash position and how lenders commonly read bank statements. It isn't tax, legal or credit advice, and it isn't a recommendation about any loan. For tax questions, talk to your registered tax agent.
